How can I setup 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Fortnite?
Protecting your Epic account helps safeguard your personal data as well as the content you've unlocked through your hard work. Epic encourages you to add this extra layer of protection so much that you'll even be rewarded the Boogiedown Emote in Battle Royale for doing so. If you play Save the World, you will also receive 50 Armory Slots, 10 Backpack slots, and the Legendary Troll Stash Llama there.
Epic lets you add this extra layer of security through two main ways: Email Authentication and App Authentication. Email Authentication will send you an email with login instructions each time you login to your account. App Authentication will use apps, primarily Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, LastPass Authenticator, or Authy, on your phone to provide codes for access to your account.
